at anytime during the download click cancel
go to the repair tool and use it
done. works perfectly
You can choose to wait until the end of your initial download if you want. but most likely it will come up with an error message that will tell you to use the repair tool anyway and u will hav spent double the time downloading and getting frustrated what's wrong with the launcher or something till u figure out to use the repair tool.
If you don't follow the above steps u may find yourself throwing your computer into the bathtub or something. You may also find yourself eating way too much chocolate like me during these things just trying to stay happy. And we all know where that goes.
So be nice to yourself and jus use the repair tool from the get go.
