A Lengthy Pirate Day

I had a blast today. I had to wake up Violet though, And she had gone to bed a couple hours earlier, whoops, Well jus getting that out of the way, she wasn't reely very happy about that. So I jus want to take an say so. It is going to be sort of long because a whole lot happened. An I am sure I will leave some details of it out.Not in jus part because I was so unbelievably hung over at the start of all this. That prolly helped some with the earlier series of events along in totally chaotic fashion as I prolly wasn't with my full um, facilities yet.

Anyway, It all started cause I jus realized I had a Catalyst in the 0.5 sys I was in. Vi had just gotten there with a new Caracal because I was dueling with someone in a 0.4 system next door and some other asshat out of nowhere cam in an shot me in the middle of that :p So that was sort of frustrating. But I had a little whil left so I thot I would go shoot some rats or something in it. Something safe right? ;) But the 1st belt I came to had a retriever sitting rite there so I acted like I was jus ratting an saved a location. then I went to get the Catalyst. I renamed it "This is for you" it seemed fitting for what I was about to do with it. So I warped to my spot an I ended up a little farther out. like 20km instead of the 10km or so I hoped to hit. I didn't hav much time so I went in at it. I shud hav jus moved on but my twitchy fingers got the best of me. So before I got to it I webbed him an I should hav just shot 1st because there wasn't enough volleys from my Blasters. Concord killed my ship and I split out in a pod with the retty still alive. Definitely going back to my old fit I will tell u that for sure.

I went back and got the Caracal to return to my low sec base system and I found a MTU out at the field. I didn't even kno if it would get me a km but Khalia said after I asked her that it would so I shot it. those hav a little bit of a tank actually. Ihere was 5 cubes of ice in it an the Caracals hold wouldn't even fit one of them so I was heading to station. well I didn't hav a ship there with a larger hold so I emptied out what I had an went back out hoping I could fit one at a time anyway. but I couldn't. I looked at the info on the MTU whil I was sitting there an discovered that someone owned it. well duh, I gess of course they do but I didn't think about that wen I shot it so I found it to be a miner who I had blued. wich was alreddy uncomfortable because earlier another day we had blued each other. then I had a confrontation with Lindze but after my caracal exploded that time we had a nice long talk an we blued each other. It was shortly after that I was protecting Violet whil she mined some Ice and we were mining with the MTU owner. he had an Orca and a Procurer or mackinawa out there. I Dont remember which one, but that doesnt matter. Well Lindze an I happ[ened to be fleeted at the time wen she entered system and found them there. So it was sort of strange I was mining with them wen Lindze came in and shot both their ships whil I coudnt do anything but watch. Well such is New Eden. But I thot they would hav learned I gess a little so wen I saw it was his MTU I was pretty surprised. And uncomfortable again. I actually feel a little bad about this whole thing. But not too much.

So I undocked to see if I could fit a block an there was this freighter coming into station. Well another quick thot an twitchy fingers so I moved toward it as fast as I could and got it scrammed. The station guns started shooting me but I had to do it all at once, so I shot the ship, an then I had to kill the pod before she got away so I could send he back to some clone in some other system. Jus in case she had another larger ship there to retaliate on me.. The station guns were starting to deal me some good damage but I didn't want anyone else to come get the loot so I grabbed the corpse and opened the cargo. there was too much there once again an my Caracals hold wouldn't fit anything. I thot JACKPOT! I tricked the station guns by a warp out to a tactical and back in so I could hang there protecting my kills loot an figure out how this was going to work. Neuts were constantly flying thru system and that when I had to wake Vi. So she was going to bring the Itty over 2 jumps but then we remembered it had made its way back to Jita earlier. So we tried to contract her Procurer over to me but it turns out that hold wasn't going to be big enough either to get this stuff. there was a few cargo holds and a BOX! a very large box. I had to watch local real close right then so I called out for help from others I know if anyone can help me get some loot. Chandler answered the call and came to sys but he was only in a small Amarr ship. Guardian Servasse was a number of systems out and came running but he didn't hav a ship either but he found a Neurous for sale and grabbed it fast as he could and continued on.I was yelling Hurry Hurry! because there seemed to be a lot more neuts entering sys then. I was sort of freaking out a little because my ship still hadn't been repaired an it was about half dead alreddy. paranoid thots also that they were allies with her come to get some revenge or well, anything. But I sat there at Zero on the wreck and watched local close.
Guardian entered sys an warped to zero and snagged the loot. And the BOX ;) He warped off to dock at a station as fast as he could and I followed. We dockeed up and Chandler was alreddy there. This box was huge an it took all 3 of us and some leverage to dump it out of the ship. So we were all looking at each other with anticipation wat was in it, so We opened it and it was jus a bunch of frozen food :p lol. So after all that I gess I shot the ship too hard cause there was about 17,000 units of electrical parts or something that that was lost wen I attacked the freighter.
Well the whole thing was very nerve wracking but very exciting too and we had a bunch of fun with it. I think the whole day was a very fun day of pirateering because at the end of the day I ended up with the anticipation of a treasure chest :) Even tho it jus had food in it it is still my 1st treasure chest like that. I think I might jus hav to load it up with some zydrene and other pretty shiney things and go bury it on a tropical island on some temperate planet. Jus like a pirate of old Earth would do. I think I will do this actually ,

peacefully worried

I know sometimes Violet worries about me. seriously I kno that sometimes I sort of wear her out. She will say such. like actually "Ela you wear me out", Well I don't meen to but sometimes we hav these little talks and it is all good. we are beneficial to each other in a lot of ways.
But erlier we were having a little heart to heart and idk, sometimes Vi jus seems a little tired. and I try to consol her and remind her that we are immortal to some extent an no matter what I do I can fix it with a clone. Vi says whil that's true she believes there is some deterioration or something happens wen we die so abruptly to much an it changes the way we think or our brain functions. idk about all that but I kno wen I overdo things my body feels a lot better after a new clone. maybe that is because of the drugs, Violet says that is a big part of it an she worries about way down the road if it will hav bad effects anyway because wen we get a clone the consciousness is transferred.
Wel whatever it is I lov her because she does care an doesn't reely complain a lot about the things I do as long as it isn't negatively affecting her. to be sure som of the things I hav been working on with alliances for us an such has benefitted us both. But I kno she worries about me. Things are better after our falling out a few days ago (previous post)an I understand where she is coming from.
Today she jus was sort of tired like that and we were talking an she jus seemed a little vulnerable and meek I gess. I never reely saw Vi as meek, jus safe. I took a fast pic. shhh she doesn't kno this yet. of course she will soon enuf cause it is here now :), but there was something beautiful in it so I had to share it with yu cause I think it speaks volumes about Vi.

I am on a journey of discovery

I am trying to not look like a criminal for a whil an trying to get my security status up some for this voyage.
Well, I have made a loop about 1/2 way around hi sec. using low sec that borders hi sec. I am charting a full route. Most systems are being bm'd tactically depending on spots or structures of interest to me. This could take a couple earth months possibly to reely get it charted the way I want it. It is sort of difficult sometimes because i can't reely go to hi sec for much except if i do it VERY quickly cause my current sec stat gets me shot at. Wen i finish it I want to get my sec status up to positive. then start at one system an run a crime spree all the way around. bouncing between hi sec and low for as long as my sec status holds out. then finishing in low for the rest of it. wen I hit -10 I will go home to null an buy a small outpost with a picket fence and chickens...sort of something like that.
age of discovery for me.

My ships of choice so far hav been Caracals. They are working out reely well for the type of exploration an adventure I am seeing right nowso my caracals are named "Trinidad" for Magellan's circumnavigatonal (<--close) voyage wen traveling and "Resolution" for exploring and tactically bookmarking a system. Captain cook's ship was the Hms Resolution when he charted the north. Both of them died in these ships also an I figure I will do that pretty much a lot too. so it fits :) second thot maybe I should call them the HMS Resolution" anyway. I meen I guess the Her magesties ship could apply to Violet cause she is sort of the financer of this expedition. Violet Aeon > STop, Ela, whoa wait. whoa. Well What Ela has left out is that she is also, besides her, um, more colorful activities, is charting out and discovering ice and anoms etc for me so I can set up some more operations of mineral recovery.
